Props required for this class: ~ Bolster ~ Blanket ~ Yoga Strap ~ Yoga Blocks x2 Build flexibility and muscle memory through the legs and hips which leads us into finding our full or half splits! In this deep Yin Yoga class we are focusing on stretching and lengthening the hamstrings and creating openness through the hips and the groin. This class will leave you feeling open and free through the hips and legs, even if we don’t attempt the splits poses. Yin Yoga is more calming and passive as we hold the poses for 3 - 5 minutes to receive a deep release from each shape that we find.
