No props required. Detoxify your body with this slow flow sequence, finding deep twists to nourish the liver and back bends to promote a healthy spine. This is more a gentle flow although there are some fun challenges in there to test out your balance and the flexibility of your spine. We finish with cooling asanas before resting in shavasana.
