Optional props for this class: ~ Yoga Blocks x2 ~ Blanket A fun, twisty shoulder opening yoga sequence with a focus on eagle arms and legs /Garudasana’/ which stretches out the hips, thighs, shoulders, ankles and upper back. It also helps in focusing and even improves the ability to maintain balance. This is more a challenging flow as we build more heat in the body as we move through the sequence and play around with balances. We finish with cooling asanas before resting in shavasana.
