Props for this class: ~ Yoga Blocks x2 In this sequence we will flow slowly through each pose, breaking down the alignment and some helpful tips and tricks. This is a great choice for beginners or for someone who is looking to improve their practice. We start slow bringing calm to the mind, taking some gentle warm up shapes and then bringing heat to the body with standing asanas, then cooling down before resting in shavasana.
